What about shipping issues?

The risk of damage or loss to a Product passes to you upon shipment to your specified delivery location. You have two (2) days from the delivery date to notify 123 Security of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your order. Shipments delayed due to weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events are not eligible for a shipping refund or credit.
