Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. For most returns, 123 Security can issue you an UPS Authorized Return Shipping (ARS) label for a flat fee of $13 per package. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed.
